wireless keyboard/mouse problems

Anyone know why my task bar (the one with start on it) keeps popping up all the time since I've started using a wireless keyboard & mouse?
I downloaded the proper drivers for them and installed it... but it's still acting goofy. Anyone know what's wrong/how to fix?

ur totally rocked out, bascically , and u need 2 put on sum shows in the USA b4 ur fan base can get any bigger

Because noone, and I mean noone, has ever made that joke before. Your originality stuns me. And really: aren't breasts special? Only every other person, including your mother, has them. I mean there is practically a scarcity of freely available pictures or boobs. You can't really help asking every girl on the internet for a pic, because hey: where else are you gonna get a glimpse?
