so my computers stuck in safemode

For some reason my sister started my computer in safemode how Im not sure how, but anyway even if i reboot it stays in safemode wtf is up with that anyone know how the hell i can get out of it?

hit escape when the startup logo appears and see if there are any errors on bootup...if nothing shows reboot then hit F8 right when the bootup logo appears and force it into a normal startup
