I voted for the first but I'd say they are somewhat feeling both. We p****d off the p*****s of the world which is always a good thing for our enemies. Whether or not Saddam worked with Al Qaeda he didn't stop them from crossing his borders for sure so they can't be happy about the loss of Iraq.

I would say they're more scared they'll be next terrorist camp taken out and are doing what they can to try and live longer.
