Where to download LOTR Online mods?

Does anyone know of any good gaming sites that have (or will have, in the not so far future) have fan made mods for Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar? I used to have a pass to that file front site, the one they linked to on the official site, but I don't any more.
